Question of The Week (Week of 9/20/2010)

The COGWC Youth Question of The Week is something new to our blog! In an effort to better share the Word of God, our love of Christ and our devotion to Him, we will be answering different questions every week! We hope you enjoy getting to know Him more as well as getting to know us more!! God Bless you all!

The question of the week is: What is your favorite Bible Verse?

Macy Roberts: Matthew 19:26 - "Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible."

Kara Gray: 1John 4:19 - "We love Him, because He first loved us." and Romans 8:18 - "I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us."

Jonathan Runion: Hebrews 4:12 - "For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart." OR Galatians 2:20 - "I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me." I can't decide!!!
Courtney Johnson: Leviticus 20:26 - "You are to be holy to me because, I the LORD, am holy, and I have set you apart from the nations to be my own."

Ruby Chastain - Jeremiah 31:3 - "The LORD hath appeared of old unto me, saying, Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindess have I drawn thee."

Codi Roberts: Galatians 2:20 - "I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me." and "For whosoever will save his life shall lose it; but whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel's, the same shall save it."

McKayla Bradshaw: Romans 8:28 - "And we know that all things work together for the good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose."
